Fintech — The Saudi Investment Bank
SAIB Mobile & Travel
Everyday banking, redesigned in two languages.
Senior UX/UI work on the redesign of SAIB’s mobile banking app and the Arabic experience of the SAIB Travel app, as part of the bank’s digital transformation. Honoured by the bank for SAIB Innovate.

The work
Two apps, one design language
SAIB Mobile
Part of the redesign of the bank’s flagship app, focused on user experience, accessibility and visual design. I worked across UI/UX and prototyping, and aligned the design system with the updated brand and customer journeys.
SAIB Travel
Improved the Arabic version of the app and created its original graphic assets, so the Arabic experience felt native rather than mirrored.
SAIB Innovate
Supported the bank’s innovation programme, from bootcamp to demo day, turning employees’ ideas into clear visual and digital experiences. The bank honoured my contribution in August 2025.

“Beyond the bootcamp, I also had the chance to see the quality of his work across other bank initiatives, including the new retail app and the travel app, where his contribution reflected a deep understanding of user experience, visual communication, and product needs.”

What I took from it
Trust is the interface
In banking, every screen is a promise about someone’s money. That taught me to design for clarity first, to treat accessibility as a requirement, and to make Arabic feel as considered as English. I carry all three into every product since.
